PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)
for seafarer questionnaire distribution

1. General provisions

1.1. This contract is a public offer of the Executor for the provision of services for the distribution of a seafarer questionnaire, presented on the website maritime-cv.com. The terms of this contract are the same for all customers without giving preference to one over another.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is made by sending the questionnaire through the form on the Executor's website.

2. Subject of the contract

The Executor undertakes, at the Customer's request, to provide services for the distribution of a seafarer questionnaire to potential employers or recruitment agencies, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services.

3. Payment and terms of service provision

The cost of seafarer questionnaire distribution services is specified on the main page of the website. Payment for services is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Executor's account. Services are considered provided after confirmation by the Executor of the fact of sending the questionnaire to all agreed addresses within 36 hours from the moment of payment. Confirmation of service provision is a notification to the Customer's email address.

Funds are not refundable, except in cases of failure to fulfill obligations to provide service, technical reasons, or agreements between the executor and the customer.

5. Liability of the Parties and Dispute Resolution

5.1. The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this contract in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5.2. All disputes and discrepancies arising from this contract shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach agreement, the dispute shall be referred to court.

6. Final provisions

6.1. This contract shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the Customer and shall remain in force until the Parties fulfill their obligations.

6.2. The Executor has the right to make changes to the terms of this contract unilaterally
